He is survived by his loving mother Patricia Mouton of Lafayette, his father Anthony Mouton of Lafayette, his children Giovanni, Karter and Brooklyn C Mouton all of Lafayette, his brothers Anthony, Kevin, Kavin, and Andre Mouton, his sisters Chasity Portalis, and a fiancé Felicia Cormier. He is also survived by many friends and family.
He was preceded in death by grandparents Ivory Portalis, Irene Mouton, Poppa Slim, Aunts; Thelma Mouton, Mary Portalis, Dianna Duren, Barbara Savoie, his uncles; Wilbert Portalis, McKenzie Portalis, Frank Dural, Zydeco Joe, Francis Mouton, Mitchell Hypolite, Neona Breaux his Godfather Alex Guyon Williams jr., nieces nephew other relatives and friends.
We want to thank Melissa Portalis, for spoiling him when he was a baby, and to thank everyone for their support.
