Bruce Jamilkowski, 69, passed away on November 28, 2023, at Texas Health Harris Methodist H-E-B in Bedford, Texas. He was born on April 17, 1954, in Providence, Rhode Island to Chester (CJ) and Laura Stoner Jamilkowski.
Bruce grew up in El Cajon, California. He graduated from Santana High School in 1971.
After high school he:
joined the United States Air Force in 1972, serving at Lackland and in South Korea. worked for Mouser Electronics as an IT professional where he retired in 2022 after 40 years.
Bruce married Andra Lozzi in 1997 in Mansfield, Texas. They were happily married for 26 years. He enjoyed drum corps competitions, role-playing games, speculative fiction, most genres of music, and spirited debate.
Bruce was preceded in death by his parents.
Bruce is survived by his wife, Andra, of Kennedale, Texas and his stepson and daughter-in-law, Conrad Harrison and Kerry Gray-Harrison of Dallas, Texas.
Burial will be at DFW National Cemetery, Date and time to be determined.
