Bruce D. Snyder, age 88, passed away on January 29, 2024.
He was born on May 20, 1935, in Salem, to Harry and Helen (Stewart) Snyder.
Bruce graduated from Salem High School and earned his Bachelors’ at Baldwin Wallace. He loved music; Bruce was a professional organ player and also built organs. Bruce served honorably in the United States Army. He was a member of Abiding Saviour Lutheran Church.
Those left to cherish his memory are his sons, Scott (Sherry) Snyder and Jay Snyder and grandson, Stephen Snyder.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Marlene (Yunk) Snyder; and a brother, Mark Snyder.
A funeral service will be held at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home on Friday, February 2nd at 11:00 a.m. with a visitation one hour prior.
