Bryan is survived by his wife, Leslie Downs; son, Chase Downs of Lumberton; grandmother, Grace Downs of Rison, Arkansas; brother, Josh Major and his wife, Lorena, of LaBelle; sister, Nancy Major; aunts, Deborah "Dee-Dee" Broussard, of Fannett; Dorthea "Dee-Dot" Cochran of Rison, Arkansas; uncle, Morgan "Bubba" Downs and his wife, Kindel, of Vidor; and numerous cousins and other family members.
A gathering of Mr. Downs' family and friends will begin at 2:00 p.m., with his memorial service at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, December 31, 2022, at Broussard's, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. His cremation arrangements were handled through Broussard's Crematorium, Beaumont.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 225 North Michigan Avenue, Floor 17, Chicago, Illinois 60601.
