William Harvey "Josh" Munro IV left us on August 25, 2025, at his home in Beaumont, Texas. Born on October 8, 1986, in Beaumont, Texas, and was the son of Kelly and Bill Munro. He attended All Saints Episcopal School, Monsignor Kelly Catholic High School and Texas Christian University. Josh obtained his bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurial Management from the Neely School of Business. He worked at Market Basket, Wilson Realty, Merrill Lynch, Munro's and ran his own ecommerce store.
Josh loved being outside. Growing up, he had mastered everything you can do on the water. Whether it was landing his next flip, attaining new speed records, or winning the Fern Lake Bream tournament, Josh has done it. Josh also loved to Dove hunt. He enjoyed hunting with friends and family, or even by himself from the hot tub. The City of Beaumont should be expecting a dove population increase through the coming years. Josh also enjoyed playing basketball, baseball, ping-pong, washers, and pool. He had many talents outside, but he was also one of the top ranked Halo players of the world during his high school years.
Josh always sought to have a good time. He loved skiing in Colorado, and thrill seeking in the tropics. Josh was always the life of the party, whether he was dancing, speaking, or singing Karaoke, he made his presence known. He also had a very compassionate side. Josh cared for all of the pets and people in his life, whether he knew them or not. He was very empathetic for those in need and wanted to start a non-profit one day.
Josh is survived by his parents, Kelly and Bill Munro of Beaumont, Texas; his brother and his spouse, Jeff and Nicole Munro of Sour Lake, Texas; nephew, Hayes Munro of Sour Lake, Texas. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Elden and Agnes Babin and Katy and Dick Munro, all of Beaumont, Texas. May you live in peace in the Lord's arms forever Peckerwood.
