Bryan Foley Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Holden Cremation & Funeral Service - Sparta on Jan. 30, 2026.
Bryan Thomas Foley, a man known for his generous spirit, infectious humor, and loving nature, passed away peacefully on January 21, 2026, in Springfield, MO, at the age of 51. Born on September 26, 1974, in Marshalltown, IA, Bryan was a beacon of light and joy to all who knew him.

Bryan's early life in Marshalltown was filled with the warmth of a close-knit family. He was the cherished son of Terri Foley and the late Tom Foley. Bryan shared an unbreakable bond with his siblings, Travis (and wife Nicole) Foley, Aaron Foley, and Alison (and husband Jared) Vinson. His life was further blessed with love upon his marriage to Vanessa Foley, with whom he shared a beautiful journey and raised their beloved son, Quin Foley.

Bryan developed a close relationship to his heavenly father, Jehovah God. He remained dedicated and faithful throughout his life.

Professionally, Bryan was a dedicated and skilled craftsman. He was self-employed, running a successful construction and cleaning business that served his community with integrity and excellence. His work ethic and commitment to his clients were unparalleled, and his hands-on approach to every project he undertook was a testament to his attention to detail and passion for his craft.

Outside of work and family, Bryan had a passion for the outdoors and sports. He reveled in the simple pleasures of disc golfing, where he spent countless hours perfecting his throw. He enjoyed family outings to play mini-golf. He also found joy in embarking on various building projects, where he could channel his creativity and craftsmanship into tangible expressions of his talent.

Bryan will be remembered for his quick wit and the laughter he brought into every room. His ability to find humor in the everyday endeared him to many, and his laughter was a gift he generously shared. Above all, Bryan was a loving husband, father, son, brother, and friend. His unwavering support, boundless generosity, and the love he had for his family will be deeply missed and forever cherished.

As we bid farewell to Bryan Thomas Foley, we celebrate a life lived fully, with love and laughter in abundance. His legacy of kindness, humor, and love will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to have known him. Bryan's memory will be held in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who were touched by his remarkable spirit.
