Bryan K. Patrick, 55, of Salisbury, Maryland, husband of Mary Teresa (Tracey) Peters passed away unexpectedly on August 18, at 10 p.m.
He was the son of the late Roy D. Patrick, Lt. Col. USAF (Ret.) and Betty L. Patrick of Fairfield Glade, Tennessee, and Hopewell, Virginia, where Betty returned following Roy's passing. Bryan was also preceded in death by his sister Debra E. Thompson of Petersburg, Virginia, and Rhonda K. Patrick of Hopewell, Virginia.
In addition to his wife Tracey, he is survived by his sisters Karen P. Knutsen of Halden, Norway, Kimberly D. Bright of Prince George, Virginia, and his brother, Mark S. Patrick, Cmdr. USN (Ret.) of Palmyra, Virginia.
Bryan was proud of his time in the Corps of Cadets at Virginia Tech University during which time he graduated from Army Airborne School. He had a full career as a manager in retail, leading teams at multiple large stores.
He enjoyed camping with Tracey and her extended family, riding motorcycles, visiting Tracey's daughter's farm, spending time with her grandkids Kaydence and Kendall who he adored.
He also leaves behind his faithful dog companion Cooper. They enjoyed long walks and lots of cuddles.
There will be a celebration of life at a time and location to be announced.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) or your local Humane Society.
