Bryan Price Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by George S. Hassler Funeral Home - Jackson Township on Feb. 10, 2026.
BRYAN MICHAEL PRICE, 78, of Jackson Twp., NJ, passed away on Sunday, February 8, 2026. He was born to the late Thomas and Susan Price in Queens, NY. Bryan graduated from Port Richmond High School. He married the late Linda Price in 1980 and resided in Staten Island, NY, prior to settling in New Jersey.

Bryan was a United States Veteran serving in the Army during the Vietnam War. He was employed as a carpenter for the NYC District Council of Carpenters, NY, for over 35 years on some memorable projects including the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, and his favorite Yankee Stadium prior to his retirement.

Bryan's passion was cooking, his granddaughters, construction, winning the lottery and his entire family. Everyone lucky enough to meet him came away with a story or memorable moment. He experienced more than one should have to at such a young age, yet still found a way to survive and light up the rooms he walked into. Whether it be a party or a doctor's appointment everyone knew when he arrived. He was a great son, brother, father, uncle, and PopPop.

Bryan was predeceased by his parents, Thomas and Susan Price; his brother, Thomas Price; his wife, Linda in 2014; and his nephew Michael Walsh. He is survived by his three daughters, Erika Price, Lindsay Price, and Chelsea Price; his granddaughters, Jocelyn Olivia, Aubrey Lynn and Georgia Jean; and by his three sisters, Sheila Price, Monica Walsh, and Denise Price, six nephews and two nieces. Bryan loved his family and they will all miss him more than he could know. His memory, stories, and laugh will remain in our hearts forever.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his visitation from 3-7 PM on Monday, February 16, 2026, at the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson, NJ. His Funeral Liturgy will be offered at 9:30 AM on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at The Church of St. Teresa of the Infant Jesus, 1634 Victory Blvd., Staten Island, NY. Please gather at 9:15 AM at the church. Interment will follow in St. Peter's Cemetery, 52 Tyler Ave., Staten Island, NY.
