Bryce Killion Obituary Bryce R. Killion, age 18, tragically passed away Monday evening, April 14, 2025, in a single-car motor vehicle accident near Adario.
Born September 18, 2006, in Shelby to Chris and Sandie (Tucker) Killion, Bryce had been a lifelong resident of Bailey Lakes in Ashland. He had been home schooled for the latter part of his life and proudly graduated with honors, early, from Penn Foster Online High School this past October. Most recently, he enjoyed lending a hand to Kyle Bernhard and Ethan Bernhard. He also obtained his certification for AI 'artificial insemination' through Select Sires Member Cooperative and was looking forward to enlisting in the military.
Like most teenagers, Bryce loved playing video games. He had a group of friends that he has played online with for years across the US - Jagger, Jayce & Nolan, who all cared for Bryce like a little brother. He also was a fantastic, self-taught guitarist with an affinity for heavy metal. He practiced his guitar often playing songs from his favorite bands, such as Pantera and Metallica. Bryce's hobbies extended far beyond video games and music as he was an avid outdoorsman with an incredible shot. He was a natural at shooting either a bow or a rifle. One of his favorite hobbies was hunting with his dad for upland game birds like pheasant and quail. His outdoor prowess extended beyond hunting and included fishing, and he had a deep connection and love for being outdoors in nature.
Bryce is survived by his loving parents, Chris and Sandie Killion of Bailey Lakes, OH; paternal grandmother, Tina Killion & Dave Vanderhoof of Bailey Lakes; maternal grandparents, Rob Tucker of Shiloh and Pam Young of Mansfield; maternal great-grandmothers, Marlene Tucker of Shiloh and Mary Wolf of TX; paternal great-grandparents, Pat & Connie Killion of New York; uncle, Jay Killion & Alexa Cuttaia of Port Clinton, OH; aunt Stephanie (Dirk) Bistline of Shiloh; uncle Scott (Kristy) Tucker of Perrysville, OH; uncle Stephen (Jessica) Tucker of Mansfield, OH and uncle, Moe Bills of Bailey Lakes; six cousins, Lance, Makenzi, Caden, Rebecca, Carter, Kallen, and Grady.
He was preceded in death by his paternal great-grandmother, Norma Foley, and maternal great-grandfathers, Bob Tucker and Norman Wolf.
A celebration of Bryce's life will be held by the family at a later date.
In place of flowers, donations may be made in Bryce's memory to 33 Forever located at 1 Marion Ave. Suite 215 in Mansfield, OH 44903 or https://33forever.life/donate/.
