Memories Of Boomie.......
Byron "Boomie" Wilson II was born January 7, 1981. He grew up in Waldo, FL and began cutting hair at 10 years old. Boomie attained his high school diploma from Hawthorne High School and went on to attain his Barbering Certification from Central Florida Community College (CFCC). He used his entrepreneurial spirit and turned his passion for cutting hair into his profession. Boomie was a great baseball player and enjoyed playing basketball, fishing, and time with family and friends. He departed this life suddenly on July 21, 2023.

Wilson III “Trey”, Brylen Wilson, Kyron Wilson, and Bronx Wilson; Nieces: Alexis Cooper, Jakale Anderson, and Brook Anderson; Aunts & Uncles: Debra Owete (Owete) of Fleming Island, FL; Cathy Scott (Wendell) of Waldo, FL; Earchie Bolton (Alicia) of Jacksonville, FL; Robert Bolton (Brenda), Jacksonville, FL; Ronald Bolton (Stephanie) of Gainesville, FL; Tommy Wayne Bolton (Celia) of Crescent City, FL; Kelvin Bolton of Gainesville, FL; Latosha Bolton of Starke, FL, Willie Rutledge, Jr of Orlando, FL; Melody Hamilton, John Hamilton, Keith Hamilton (Sharon), and Michael Hamilton of Clearwater/Safety Harbor, FL and a host of family members and friends.

Boomie was gentle soul. So much self taught talent and skills.
The loss of Boomie is deep to the core. Born and raised in Waldo, Boomie was OURS. When one weep in Waldo, we all weep. God Bless Waldo and the local communities that Boomie touched.
