C. Ray Davis, Jr., 76, of North Little Rock passed away Monday, May 22, 2006. He was a retired superintendent at Western Waterproofing Company and an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict.

He is survived by his wife, Marie Davis; daughter, Lisa Davis, both of North Little Rock; son, Ray Davis, of Summerset, Kentucky; brother, Bob Davis and wife, Eileen, of North Little Rock; two sisters, Jayne Meeks, of Fairaday, Louisiana and LaNelle Hanson, of Little Rock; three grandchildren, Jennifer Scott, of North Little Rock, Tommy Ray Davis, of Hot Springs and Shelly Davis, of North Little Rock and one great-granddaughter, Sydney Scott.

Memorials may be made to American Lung Association, 211 Natural Resources Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M., Friday at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Rest Hills Memorial Park. Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Thursday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.northlittlerockfuneralhome.com.
