Caitlin M. Abner, age 18 of Carlisle, OH passed away unexpectedly at Miami Valley Hospital on October 15, 2023. She was born at Southview Hospital to Clifford Abner and Michelle (King) Abner. Caitlin was part of the Carlisle High School senior class, although continuing her education through a home school program this year. She worked at Taco Bell in Springboro and in her spare time she enjoyed spending time with her nephews, enjoyed watching Tik Tok videos, and loved animals and music. Caitlin was preceded in death by her grandfather Clifford Abner, aunt Lesley King and a cousin Brandon Robinson. She is survived by her father Clifford (Ashley) Abner, her mother Michelle Abner, brother Jordan Abner, sister Mariah (Jesse) Bays, step-sister Destiny Kidwell, nephews Weston, Owen, and Hayden Bays, her maternal grandparents Elizabeth and Lester King, paternal grandmother Sherri Abner. Also surviving her is her Aunt Suzanne Robinson and her children Ray Younker and Austin King, and her Aunt Kayla Abner and her children Ezra and Shyla Abner as well as numerous extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly. The family will receive friends on Monday, October 23, 2023 from 10am - 12pm at the Arpp, Root & Carter Funeral Home, 29 N Main St. Germantown OH 45327. Funeral services will begin promptly at noon with Eric Clarkson officiating, burial will immediately follow at Woodside Cemetery in Middletown, OH.
