Caitlin Bub Obituary
The family will be present to receive friends from 11:00am to 1:00pm on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at Covert Funeral Home, 7199 Main Street, Ovid. A Funeral Service will immediately follow at 1:00pm at the funeral home. The family asks those that would like to make a contribution in Caitlin's memory to kindly consider the Turner Syndrome Society.
Caitlin was born in Ithaca on November 2, 2004, a daughter to Joseph and Lisa (Adamiec) Bub. She graduated from Charles O. Dickerson High School in Trumansburg in June of 2023 and while there she also attended the BOCES career exploration program. Caitlin enjoyed watching YouTube videos, cooking, and baking.
Caitlin is survived by her mother, Lisa Bub; twin sister, Carrie Bub; brother, Matthew Bub; paternal grandfather, Walt Bub; maternal grandmother, Wanda Adamiec; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Bub in 2017; and paternal grandmother, Barbara Bub.

I was blessed enough to be a teachers aide in one of Caitlin´s CTE classes. She was always a joy. A happy young woman with a gentle presence. She worked hard. She was a pleasure to know and work with while she was in food services. I am sorry for your loss. May your family be blessed with grace and love during this time . Many blessings. Tracy
