Caleb was a member Cub Run Baptist Church.
He is survived by his father Eddie Clark of Munfordville; his mother Debra Carter of Scottsville; three brothers Christian Bradley, Tristian Bradley & Courtland Cash Clark; five sisters Krista Clark, Whitney Nicole Groce, Karissa Bradley, Kayla Bradley & Aubrey Lee Clark; Maternal grandmother Nina Rembold, Paternal Grandmother Marquita Clark, Paternal grandfather Joseph Clark and cousins, aunts and uncles.
The funeral service for Caleb Joseph Clark will be 1pm Monday, June 10th in the chapel of Sego Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Sanders officiating. Visitation will be from 10am-9pm Sunday and after 8am Monday at the funeral home until time for the service. Burial will be in the Cub Run Cemetery.
