Cameron Rich Walter

Our beloved Cameron Rich Walter, 45, was called home by the Lord on October 30, 2025. He died peacefully at his home in Phoenix, Arizona.
Born on November 12, 1979, in Scottsdale, Arizona, Cam was raised by loving parents, Selina and Randy Walter, who added four more kids to the family, Andrew, Kellen, Eric, & Stuart, making for a rambunctious home of five (very tall) boys.
Cameron will be remembered for his loyalty, honesty, kindness, selflessness, sense of humor, and sales-ability. He was passionate about cars and made a career selling them.
He was a joyful collector of 80's & 90's memorabilia, vinyl records, and comic books. But most of all he enjoyed telling nostalgic stories with great punch lines.
Cam was a gentle man, a thoughtful and caring man. He was enormously proud of his family, particularly his nieces and nephew, Otto & Violet (Eric & Rochelle), Jaclyn, Lillian & Noelle (Andrew & Kathleen), whom he adored.
Cameron is survived by his maternal grandmother, Lynn Rich, of Phoenix, AZ; his parents, Randy & Selina Walter of Phoenix, AZ; his brothers, Andrew (Kathleen) of San Ramon, CA, Kellen, Eric (Rochelle) & Stuart of Phoenix, AZ; aunts Dr. Alisa Rich of Dallas, TX and Dr. Heather Walter of Boston, MS; cousins Sophia Tobolka (Quentan) of Dallas, TX, David Sawka (Christina) of Dallas, TX, Nikolai Sawka (Winter) of Twenty Nine Palms, CA and Dr. Eric Walter of New York, NY.
Cameron professed faith in Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, and was baptized in 2010.
Our family is crushed by this unexpected loss. But as Christians we serve a God who is not distant from us in our sorrow and pain. The One True God became human, remained sinless, suffered & died on a cross in the place of all who believe. Jesus rose in glory and grants the same to all who believe in him.
Our Savior said, "In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world," John 16:33. In this crisis by his grace, our faith in Christ remains unbroken.
