Candy Davlin Obituary
Candy was the daughter of the late Leroy Wilson Sr. of Holly (Braxton County) WVA. and the late Mary (Getz) Wilson of Massillon. She graduated from Tuslaw High School in 1977. She also went to school to be a Phlebotomist but the school is no longer. Candy worked for EB Wire Works, Rally's and Century Products. She was a former member of Grace Community Church and a member of Canton Baptist Temple. She was proceeded in death by her parents, grandparents, and aunts and uncles and a sister-in-law.
Candy was survived by her husband; Howard T. Davlin formerly of Massillon married December 7, 1984, her brothers; Leroy (Debby) Wilson Jr. and Leonard (the late Rebekah) Wilson, her best friend who was like a sister to her Deana Dingey, her children; Candy Davlin Jr.(Arnold Sipp III) and Mary Davlin, Richard Davlin (Shanetta Ferryman), Monica Moore her grandchildren; Amber, Ericia, Kacee, Alyssa, Kaya Moore, Autum, Christian Davlin, Jordon Davlin-Gang, Hunter, Joslynn Sipp and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, great nieces, great nephews and a great-great niece.
A memorial service will be held at Canton Baptist Temple on June 14, 2024 at 1pm. Friends may call one hour prior the time of the service.
Canton Baptist Temple Property is a smoke free zone. Family is asking please refrain from smoking anything to honor Candy.

I will always remember how much she loved her family, how she included me in in the family picture with my brother and sisters. I also remember before she went back into the nursing home she came down to my place and celebrated my birthday with me. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her

I took care of Candy at a couple nursing facilities it always seemed like she followed me wherever I was working. She was always so kind to me and I loved hanging out in her room and talking with her I even hid in her room a few times (probably longer than I should have) and just watched TV with her. Her family is so sweet and cared for her so very much. My prayers go out to you all, Candy will surely be missed. My love is with you Candy, fly high mama

Candy, you treated me with the upmost respect. You will definitely be missed and I promise to look after Mary for you. I am officially in the family after you called me a " butthead" at the hospital. I am very honored to be a part of this family. Love and miss you already! I will see you at the Big house!!!!! We go back a long way when we first met at Grace Community Church. I enjoyed all the time we spent together worshipping God at church. May you Rest in Peace!

My gosh mom I thought I would never see this day but I´m glad your went running when your name was called I know your pain free now and able to go to the bathroom all on your own.
