Cara was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Leonard Zamecki and Delphine Caryl Lybik, and her daughter, Cara Nichole Guy.
Cara is survived by her husband Rexford Graydon Hicks, her children, Kenneth Ray Guy III and Janet Lucille Hicks, her sister-in-law, Karen (Rick) Ramsey, her grandson, Daron Brose and his grandfather Dennis Brose.

Cara, I didn't know you long but you made such an impact on my life. Your light burned so strong for so many for so very long. Never doubt you made a difference and made so many people better because you were in their life. I will miss you my sweet friend. Fly high and keep an eye on all of us. Know that you are dearly missed and loved.
