Publish in a newspaper
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Walker Memory Gardens. Bobby Smith will officiate.
Mr. Franks was preceded in death by his Wife-Vickie Weaver Franks; Mother-Minnie Lee (Davis) Franks; Father-Earnest James Franks; Brother-Michael Franks; Father-in-law-H.Z. Weaver; Mother-in-law-Louise Weaver; Sisters-in-law-Diane McCullar and Nina Jo Self; Brother-in-law-Ricky Weaver.
He is survived by his Son-Heath Franks (Leah); Sisters-Rhonda Hall and Ramona Garrison; Grandchildren-Lilliand Franks and Joshua Franks; Host of Nieces and Nephews.
