Caridad Crespo Obituary

Born in Cuba, Caridad came to the United States in 1970 to give her family a better life. She worked for many years as a Dietary Aide at Elizabeth General Hospital, where her kindness and compassion touched everyone around her.
A woman of deep faith, Caridad loved attending church and found joy in cooking for her family, bringing everyone together with her warmth and generosity.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Eulalio Rene Crespo, her son, Rene Crespo, and her cherished grandchildren, Pedro Crespo and Jesus Del Haya.
She is survived by her loving children, Maria Del Haya, Cecelia Valdes, Marcia Lopez, and Susana Crespo; her cherished grandchildren, Lazaro Crespo, Oscar Barrig, Rene Crespo, Adrian Lopez, Esther Valdes, Natachia Crespo, Priscilla Sok and Xavier Del Haya she also leaves 23 adored great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren, and her sisters, Senovia and Clara Blanco, All of whom will carry her love and memory in their hearts forever.
Her legacy of love, faith, and family will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation at Day Funeral home, in Keyport NJ, on Saturday November 1st from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. A service will be held at 10:00AM on Monday November 3rd at Day Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Forest Green Cemetery
