Carl Eades Obituary

He retired from Ford Motor Company. He had attended Southeast Christian Church and was a former member of Finchville Ruritan Club. Wayne enjoyed fishing and hunting and spending time with his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Russell and Mary Audra Reams Eades, his brothers, Lonnie, Elmer, Earnest Allen Eades, his sisters, Margaret Evelyn Tingle and Elaine Alexander.
He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Paula Eades of Pleasureville; his daughter, Teresa Hulette (Clay) of Frankfort, his son, Darrell Eades (Angela) of Shelbyville, his step children, Matt Anderson (Cori) of Lanesville, IN, Jessica Lainhart (Justin) of Louisville, Jordan Whittemore (Adam) of Greenville, IN, Zachary Anderson of Louisville, his grandchildren, Carson and Mason Kuhl, Tyler (Blair), Kory and Kyle Eades, Siena & Lyla Anderson, Nolan, Ivan and Abby Penix, Elliott Lainhart, Addison, Aubrey, Emery Whittemore and his brother, Ralph Eades (Dottie), Henryville, IN and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, October 9, 2025 at the Shannon Funeral Home. Visitation will be after 10:00 A.M. until time of service. Burial will be in Grove Hill Cemetery.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to American Cancer Society, 1640 Lyndon Farm Ct., Suite 104, Louisville, KY 40223.
