Carl B. Hubert, of St. Charles, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at the age of 90. Beloved husband of Cleo P. Hubert; devoted son of the late August and Irmgard Hubert; loving father of Russell (Patricia) Hubert, Richard Hubert, Daniel (Jacqueline) Hubert, Douglas (Martha) Hubert; cherished grandfather of Scott (Tara) Hubert, Jeffrey Hubert, Bradley Hubert, Krista Hubert, Kourtney Reifeiss, Vince Nevois, and Ashley (Shawn) Gittemeier; precious great-grandfather of Kayla, Zachary, Natalie, Nova, August, James, Abygail, Alysia, Daisey, and Skyler.
Carl proudly and honorably served in the United States Air Force. He worked for McDonnell-Douglas and then Boeing for over 40 years as a jet aircraft mechanic. Carl was active in the Boy Scouts for many years as a leader, held various positions, and loved every minute of it. In his spare time, he loved to golf and played in the Hippo-Gators golf league. Carl was a starter at St. Charles Golf Course and even made a hole-in-one at Emerald Greens in 2007. He was also an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals.
Carl was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Memorials may be made in Carl's name to Duchesne High School.
