Carl DeWitt Jacques, Sr., 87, of Mill City passed away Monday, October 6, 2025, at Elan Skilled Nursing and Rehab, Scranton. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Esther (Bray) Jacques.

Born on November 12, 1937, in Shavertown, he is the son of the late Russell and Hazel (Howell) Jacques.
