Carl Jenkins Obituary
Carl was a state of Ohio employee. He worked for the Northeast pre-release center in Cleveland, OH, for several years. After his retirement, he moved to Loudon, TN, where he accepted the position of Pastor of Loudon Faith Community Church in Loudon, TN, serving from September 2011 until his retirement in 2023.
Carl is survived by his wife, Peggy Jenkins (Suveges), and his Daughter, Heather Amburgey, and son-in-law, Donny Amburgey, of Paint Lick, KY, and his son, Matthew Jenkins, and daughter-in-law, Jamie Jenkins, of Cookeville, TN. Carl was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth Jenkins and Alice Keirns Jenkins, his brother Joseph Jenkins, and his sister Melissa Jenkins. Carl also is survived by his 6 grandchildren. Steven, Lauren, Paul, Joshua, Victoria, and Victorin. A celebration of life service will be held in honor of Rev. Carl E. Jenkins. The specific date, time, and location will be announced at a later date.
