I only recently learned of Carl's passing. I was in the high school band under Carl from 1976-1979. I have always cherished my years under his baton. He was a wonderful man with a great passion for music education. Thank you, Carl.

Dear Leone Family: My heart felt condolences. I was one of his students from when he taught in Marshfield. He truly loved music and that reflected in his teaching. May the happy memories you shared get you through this difficult time.
