Carl Ross Obituary

Carl Ross passed away on July 18th in his home in Longmont at the age of 62 following a lengthy battle with cancer, which he faced with the same indomitable spirit, courage, and humor that characterized him throughout his life.
One of seven children born to Fred and Dorothy Ross, Carl was a kind and generous person who went out of his way to bring joy to the lives of everyone he met, and offered help and support freely to anyone who needed it. Whether helping with almost any kind of work that needed doing, or lightening spirits with his unique comedic talents, Carl brightened the lives of everyone who had the pleasure of meeting him.
Carl is survived by his mother, Dorothy, siblings Don, Debra, Jerry, Beverly, Jim, and Diane and their families, children Robin, Hollie, and Ryan, and grandchildren Dylan and Hailey. He will be laid to rest alongside his wife, Carolyn in Foothill Gardens cemetery.
A funeral service is planned for Wednesday, August 2nd at 10:30 at Carroll-Lewellen funeral home, followed by burial at 1 PM, and a celebration of life at Las Palmeras restaurant where family and friends are welcome to share stories of the many ways that Carl touched their lives.
