Carl W. Vollbracht, Jr. age 52, of Monmouth, Illinois passed away at his residence on June 18, 2025 at 9:53 am. Carl was born on April 1, 1973 in Monmouth, Illinois and is the son of Carl Wayne Vollbracht, Sr and Linda Lou Garner Louck. He was raised in Monmouth where he attended local schools in Monmouth and Warren School and Monmouth High School. Carl loved to play the drums and enjoyed going skating at the Rainbow Roller Rink, where he was the " King of the Limbo " He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was very devout to his God. He most loved his grandchildren and family. Carl is survived by he daughter, Roxanna Vollbracht of Monmouth, and her son Bret M. Vollbracht of Rio, Illinois. His mother survives, Linda L. Louck and Tom of Monmouth, Illinois and his three grandchildren, Gunnar Vollbracht, Braxton Purtle-Manes, and Kristian Swinford. Carl's brother survives, Jeremy Vollbracht of Monmouth, Illinois. He is preceded in his death by his father, brother Bryan, and his grandfathers and grandmothers.

Carl's remains are to be cremated and his family may plan a celebration at a later date. A graveside committal service for the interment of his ashes is planned at 10:30 am on Monday July 14th 2025 on the grave of his father in Monmouth Cemetery.
