Carla Mae Laffoon, age 75, of Dawson Springs, KY passed away on Sunday, November 16, 2025 at Tradewater Health and Rehab in Dawson Springs, KY. Mrs. Laffoon was born on July 10, 1950 in Centralia, IL to the late Carl Daniels and Alice Mae Cornwell McClain. She had a Bachelor of Science degree and worked as a registered nurse at Regional Medical Center in Madisonville, KY and was of the Primitive Baptist faith.
Mrs. Laffoon is survived by two daughters ~ Deena Crook of Madisonville, KY and Jena (Gary Dale) Ashlock of Evansville, IN; two sons ~ Danny (Chris) Green of Dahlgren, IL and Darrin (Beverly) Green of Bowling Green, KY; a sister ~ Lisa (Kurt) Hoelscher of Centralia, IL; a brother ~ Tony McClain of Mt. Vernon, IL; many grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Preceding Mrs. Laffoon in death were her parents; her husband ~ Lawrence Laffoon, Jr., two daughters ~ Holly Brown and Jana Maulding and a son ~ Matthew Laffoon.
Visitation for Carla Mae Laffoon will be Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at Beshear Funeral Home in Dawson Springs, KY from 11:00 AM until the funeral hour at 1:00 PM with Rev. Elder Jeff Winfrey officiating.
