Percilla Pauline Moore, age 82, of Nortonville, KY passed away on Sunday, October 26, 2025 at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville, KY. Mrs. Moore was born on July 17, 1943 in Madisonville, KY to the late Churchill Phelps and Nancy Hammonds. She worked for many years as a dietary aide and cook at Hilltop Nursing Home and Dawson Pointe Nursing Home.
Mrs. Merrick is survived by her sister ~ Brenda (Wayne) Messamore of Dawson Springs, KY; her brother ~ Roger Phelps of Nortonville, KY; five grandchildren ~ Timothy Allen, Jr., Ashley Norris, Heather Tuttle, Reuben House and Dewayne Almon.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband ~ Ruben Allen her second husband ~ Isaac Moore; five children ~ Jeffery Allen, Timothy Allen, Rex Allen, Kathy Olson and David Allen; and one great-grandson ~ Jeremiah Keller.
There will be no services for Percilla Pauline Moore at this time.
