Carla Anne (Bates) Quinters, passed away on October 9, 2025. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at Zion United Church, Womack. Burial will follow at Bismarck Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. The full obituary is forthcoming.
