Carlene Hone Obituary
Born in Norwich, Connecticut she was the daughter of the late Carlton and Francis Sargent.
Carlene worked as a teller for M&T Bank (previously People's Bank) and in retail at Walmart, where she retired. She was a passionate animal lover and enjoyed spending time with her best friend, Verna Van Patten.
She leaves her daughter Misty Plude and partner, Charles Ramsey of Groton, CT; two siblings, Randy Sargent and Ronald Sargent; five grandchildren, Brittany Kempert (Brian), Ricky Sherry, Sunny Spellman (Sam), Jesse Ramsey and Alexandra Ramsey; great-granddaughter Roma; her "adopted" daughter, Becki and several nieces and nephews. Additionally, Carlene was predeceased by her life partner, Gary Hone, two brothers, Robert "Bob" Sargent and Carlton " Butch" Sargent, Jr.; and sister-in-law, Penelope "Penny" Sargent.
