Carlito C. Yang Sr.

Carlito C. Yang, Sr., 80, passed away on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at his home in Sauk Village, IL. He was born January 11, 1945 in the Philippines and began visiting the United States in 1980 before he and his family came to live in the Chicagoland area in 1992. Carlito will be remembered as very active always keeping busy and enjoyed bowling, playing Mahjong & poker and took great pride in his vegetable garden. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and will be dearly missed.
Surviving is his wife of 55 years, Gloria Yang; 2 children, Carlito (Glorina) Yang, Jr. & Claire (Antonino) Concialdi; 5 grandchildren, Jasmine (Dominik) Pabianczyk, Janelle Yang, Kyle Angeles, Salvatore (Alexzandria) Concialdi & Antonino Concialdi, Jr.; great granddaughter, Alayia and by 6 siblings.
He was preceded in death by his son, Christopher & grandson, Christopher, Jr. in 2004 and by 3 siblings.
A visitation will be held from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, October 23, 2025 at Burnett-Dane Funeral Home, 120 W. Park Ave. (Rt. 176, one block west of Milwaukee Ave.) in Libertyville. Funeral mass will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Friday at Santa Maria del Popolo Church, 116 N. Lake St. in Mundelein. Interment to follow at Ascension Cemetery.
