Mercedes - Carlos Garza Gonzalez, 73, passed away Saturday, February 3, 2024 at his residence,
Mr Gonzalez was born May 24, 1950 in Nuevo Leon, Mexico, son of Simon Garza and Dora Gonzalez de Garza. He is preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Bonifacio Garza and Simon Garza.
Left to cherish his memories are his children, Carlos Garza, Estela Rangel (Gerardo), Luis Garza (Graciela); his brother, Juan Garza and sisters, Consuelo Garza, Hermila Garza, Bertha Garza, Guadalupe Garza and Sylvia Garza. Also surviving him are 7 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 5, 2024 from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home - Chapel of Grace in Weslaco. As per his wishes, he will be cremated at a later date.
Funeral services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home in Weslaco.
