Carlos Torres, 76, of Aurora, passed away on Saturday, April 15, 2023 in Bolingbrook. He was born on September 11, 1946 in Arandas, Jalisco, Mexico to the late Panfilo Torres and Delfina Guzman.
He is survived by his wife of fifty three years, Raquel Torres, the love of his life. Together they walked until God called him.
A loving father, grandfather, and great grandfather, Carlos was kind hearted and loved by many. He was a special, devoted man who helped the church. There was shine where he walked, he was a light from God.
He leaves five children, Carlos Eduardo Torres, Ana Isabel Torres, Hilda Griselda Montes, Raquel Adriana Torres, and Salvador Torres; nine grandchildren, Veronica, Francisco Javier, Carlos, Gustavo, Jorge Isaac, Carolina, Claudio, Genessia, and Sebastian; and great granddaughter, Kathy Mia; three brothers survive him, Miguel, Luis and Jose Panfilo; also two sisters, Rosario and Elena.
Rest in peace, Dad, we love you! Road lover, you took the best trip of your life. You'll be missed by your family and the many people you touched.

Funeral Mass will begin Thursday April 20, 2023 at 11:30 AM from THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY to St. Nicholas Catholic Church for Mass at 12:00 PM. Burial will take place in Mexico.
Visitation will be Wednesday, April 19, 2023 from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM at THE DALEIDEN MORTUARY, 220 North Lake Street, Aurora, Illinois. 630-631-5500.
