Obituary of Carlos Eduardo Tinoco
Carlos Eduardo Tinoco of Chapel Hill, North Carolina passed away in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina on February 17, 2023. He was thirty years old.
Carlos was born on October 1, 1992 surrounded by love and affection. He grew up in Chapel Hill, graduating from East Chapel Hill High School in 2011. Carlos was known for his signature smile and gentle disposition. He had a wide array of interests spanning from a love of 1940s film to architecture to current pop culture. He loved to travel and explore, especially trips to Miami to visit family. He was a beautiful person inside and out.
He was a seeker of knowledge, constantly researching anything that piqued his curiosity. He was compassionate, empathetic, and loving. His ability to listen to others and make them feel valued was remarkable. His kindness and easygoing nature made others feel at ease.
He enjoyed spending time with family and friends and could always be counted on to bring his "from scratch" macaroni and cheese dish. He delighted in luxury and enjoyed the finer things but the simple sweetness he brought to life was far more precious than anything the world could offer.
Carlos will be deeply missed by his family and his extended circle of family friends who gave him a sense of belonging and connectedness. May he now know the peace that surpasses all understanding.
