Con profundo dolor le acompañan su esposa Maria Sara Velazquez de 50 años de casados; sus hijos e hijas, Carlos (Erika) Velazquez, Enrique Velazquez, Jose Velazquez, Erica Velazquez (Aaron) Arriaga, Sara (Bernardo) Martinez; nietos y nietas, Brian Velazquez, Ricardo Velazquez, Andrea Velazquez, Kimberly Velazquez (Omar) Portillo, Keyla Velazquez (Robert Villarreal), Enrique Velazquez Jr., April Velazquez (Bryan Tejeda), Brandon Velazquez, Luis Velazquez, Melani Rios, Destiny Rios, Arlette Martinez, Sarai Martinez, Victoria (Michael) Ortega, Nicole Martinez, Aurie Martinez; bisnietas, Sky E. Villarreal, Kamila E. Portillo; hermana, Bellanira Gomez Velazquez; además familiares y amigos.
