Le preceden en fallecimiento sus padres Jose Santos y Carmen Ramos; nieto Christopher Garza, y su suegra Dolors Cura.
Su memoria será recordada por su esposa de 66 años de casados Maria Catalina Berlanga; hijos e hijas Juan Jose (Eunice) Garcia Berlanga, Jose (Leticia) Santos Jr., Roció (Emilio) Garcia, Carmen (Christopher) Brock, Claudia (Joe) Garza, Cecilia (Jorge) Martinez, y Francisco Javier (Angela) Berlanga; 16 nietos; 20 bisnietos; y su hermana Rebecca Vasquez además de un gran número de sobrinas, sobrinos, demás familiares y amigos queridos.
