Carmella R (nee Canella). November 6, 2025. Beloved wife of the late John J. Contessa. Loving mother of John and Joe (Carmela) Contessa. Grandmother of Joe (Redona), Christina, and John. Also survived by her loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to her VIEWING Friday November 14, 2025 9AM at the Church of St. Monica, 17th & Ritner Sts. Followed by her Funeral Mass at 10AM. INT. SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, family requests contributions be made to CURE Childhood Cancer 200 Ashford Center North, Suite 250 Atlanta, GA 30338.
