Yes, Carmen was a good man who will be very much missed. Loved working with him at MCSO. I remember - when I worked in Evidence Property in the 90's - after we sent "Tickle sheets" out to the detectives, he asked me why we called them "Tickle Sheets". I told him we were just tickling them so they would remember to send a disposal form to evidence when they closed their cases. The next day he brought me a little fuzzy "Tickle Me Elmo". When you squeeze it, it laughs and says, "Hey, that tickles". I still have it. Thanks, Carmen for your friendship. My condolences to Carol and all the family.

Worked many cases with Carmen as a MCSO detective and then worked many cases with him as we served on the Cold Case Unit after our retirement . He was a very fun guy to be around - most entertaining ! Many times had lunch together honoring our unit Secretary Francine Wolff on her Birthdays .He will be Soooo missed !

Carmen was a great cop and an even greater person. I was privileged to have known and worked with him through his MCSO years, and served with him in the Cold Case unit after we both retired. He loved his work, and he adored his family. I will miss my friend. May he rest in peace and his family find God´s healing grace.
