Carol Ann Baker

Carol Ann Baker was surrounded by family as she entered into the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ the living God on December 25, Christmas evening after battling a rare neurological disease for many years.
Carol was born in York, PA on March 27, 1963. She was the wife of Robert E. Baker, ll since their marriage June 21, 1986. She was the daughter of (the late) Lewis M. and Nancy (Ziegler) McCleaf.
Carol graduated from West York High School in 1981 and from Messiah College in 1985. She taught fifth grade at North Hills Elementary until becoming a mother and full time homemaker.
Carol loved music, she enjoyed singing and going to Christian Concerts. She enjoyed coloring pictures and telling people about Jesus. She loved family trips to Ocean City, MD.
Carol was preceded in death by her father and her son Joseph, and her in laws Robert and Bessie Baker.
She leaves to cherish her memory her husband Bob Baker, her son Jeremiah, her daughter Annmarie and her husband Cameron Senft. She also leaves behind her mother Nancy McCleaf, her brothers Allen McCleaf and wife Rose and Brian McCleaf with his wife Hope. Brother and Sister in Laws Rodney and Diane Baker, Dennis and Margaret Leber. Carol also leaves many nephews and nieces who loved her dearly and friends.
A service and celebration of life will be held at York Bible Church 980 Taxville Road York, PA on Saturday January 3, 2026 with a visitation beginning at 10 am and a service at 11 am with Pastor David Sutter officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Rose Cemetery following the service.
A luncheon will be after the burial at the church.
