Services for Mr. Smyser will be private at the convenience of the family. John W. Keffer Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 902 Mt. Rose Avenue, York is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Smyser was born on September 19, 1962. He was a 1980 graduate of West York Area High School.
Daniel was preceded in death by his father, David B. Smyser and younger brother, Michael A. Smyser. He is survived by his son, Ryan M. Smyser of Dover, Pa, his mother, Susan (Smith) Smyser of York and a brother Tom and his wife, Michelle of Dover. In addition, niece, Amy Smyser and nephews, Sean and Wyatt Smyser.
In lieu of flowers and contributions, donations can be made to The American Heart Association.
