Carol Ferrell of Blountstown, a cherished mother and creative soul, passed away on January 14, 2026, in Blountstown. Born on September 27, 1947, in Hamilton, Ohio, Carol's vibrant spirit brought joy and light to all those who knew her.

Throughout her life, Carol left an indelible mark as a floral designer. Her keen eye for the beauty of flowers and design resonated in her work, where she was able to create stunning arrangements that captured the essence of nature's splendor. Beyond her career, she embodied a personality that was beautiful both inside and out. Known for her effortless humor, she brought laughter to any gathering, always putting others at ease with her wit.

Carol was also described as selfless and giving; her love for animals was well-known, as she had a special knack for finding strays that needed her helping hand. She delighted in simple pleasures, whether enjoying trips to local stores, visiting the river, or lighting the Sabbath candle, all while surrounded by her beloved family.

She is survived by her daughters, Aleah Reeks and her husband William, Christina Hiles, and Dawn Brown and her husband Junior; her sons, Jerry and Phillip Raskin and his wife Mildred; 17 grandchildren including Carolyn, Heather, Bill, James, Brittnee, Faith, Joey, Jason (JJ), Cheyanne, Michael, Saumarra, Daniel, Maya, Abagale, Junior (Lil man), and Seth; and 18 great-grandchildren. Carol also leaves behind her brothers, Dennis and Michael Ferrell, and her beloved dog, Princess.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Randy Lovelady; parents, Fred and Opal; her sisters, Dorothy and Elizabeth Ferrell, and Barbara Price; as well as her grandchild, Lora.

A visitation will be held on January 16, 2026, at 1:00 PM, followed by the funeral service at 2:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Pine Memorial Cemetery. Carol will be deeply missed, yet her legacy of love and creativity will forever remain in the hearts of her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
