Carol Ann Greggs, 84, formerly of Stoneboro, now of Polk, passed away on June 15, 2025. Carol was born to Robert J. and Catherine “Ruth” Kroell on October 6, 1940, in Grove City. Carol graduated from Lakeview High School before working in banking at several locations.
Carol married the love of her life, Donald “Donnie” Greggs, on January 25, 2007.
Carol always lived her life to the fullest, never letting anything get in the way of her having a good time. She was the boss of the family, always keeping the house warm and keeping everyone in line. Carol was an avid reader, even listening to audiobooks on her and Don’s various trips across the country. Carol loved traveling with Don, notably their honeymoon trip to Alaska was one that she could never stop talking about. She enjoyed going down to the Senior Center. Carol had a big green thumb, and took pride in her garden and her flowers. She was a true Pittsburgh sports fan, always rooting for her Buccos or her Steelers. Most importantly, she adored her family and her friends. She would never miss her children’s sports or activities, and Carol would make sure she was ready for Winesdays with the family. She will truly be missed by all who knew her.

Carol is survived by her step-children, Julie (Josh) Nipper and Jason (Laura) Greggs, and her daughter-in-law, Denise Carone. Carol is survived by her sister-in-laws, Norma Neal and Joie Kroell.
