Carol Hoffmann Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Brandon G. Thompson Funeral Home - Hammond on Feb. 9, 2026.
Carol Lynn Williams Hoffmann passed away peacefully on February 8, 2026, at the age of 80.

Carol was born on February 15, 1945, and was raised in Escatawpa, Mississippi, where she developed a deep appreciation for family, community, and faith. For the past 30 years, she was a resident of Springfield, Louisiana.

Her faith was very important to her, and she was known for always praying for those who needed prayers, offering comfort, hope, and kindness through her devotion. Carol found her greatest joy in being with friends and family and especially loved hosting gatherings, opening her home and heart to those around her. She also enjoyed dining out with friends, sharing good food and meaningful conversation.

Above all else, her grandchildren were the joy of her life. She cherished every moment spent with them, holding them close in her heart and prayers.

Carol will be lovingly remembered for her warmth, generosity, faith, and the love she poured into the lives of those around her. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Carol was a special cousin as we were the same age and playmates in Escatawpa, visits in Collins, teen year memories in Pascagoula and Biloxi and adult reunions. So glad to meet her precious Carlos and family. We texted during her surgery and rehab. So surprised she was not well and enjoying her family and grandchildren. We are sad for your loss 1 Thes. 4:13-18

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. Carol and I were co workers at First Guaranty Bank many years ago.
