Carol Jones, a cherished member of our community, departed this life on September 17, 2024, in Fargo, North Dakota, at the age of 62. Born on June 28, 1962, in Fargo to Marvin and Luverne (Johnson) Jones, Carol's life was marked by a spirit of unwavering friendship and love that touched the lives of everyone she encountered.
Carol was born in Fargo, ND, grew up in Devils Lake, ND and spent summers at their family farm in Wyndmere, ND. In 1984, Carol moved to Fargo where she was assisted by CLS and Friendship. Throughout her adult life, she embraced various roles, always approaching each with enthusiasm and a smile. Carol was a dedicated entrepreneur, known lovingly for owning her own business, Carol's Cleaning. Carol's passion for life was evident in her unwavering devotion to her cats, a true reflection of her nurturing spirit.
A beloved member of her family, Carol is survived by her brother Tom Jones, sister-in-law Linda Jones, niece Ingrid Jones, and nephew Jhony Jones. She was also fond of her extended family, including many cousins, and the residents and staff at 2424. all whom she held dear. Family functions provided her great joy, as she loved gathering with her loved ones to create memories and share laughter.
A Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday, October 14, 2024, at the Vertin-Munson Funeral Home, located at 224 6th Street, Wahpeton, ND with a Prayer Service held in her memory at 7:00 PM.
As we gather to honor the remarkable life of Carol, let us remember her infectious laughter, her unwavering support, and the warmth she brought into our lives. Though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those she loved.
