LaFata, Carol Ann. November 6, 2024. Age 67. Beloved mother of Brandon (Patricia) LaFata. Proud and adored grandmother of Haylee, Aubree, and Bryson. Treasured sister of Patricia (Edward) Martin, David (Colleen) Richards and Ronald Richards. Dear aunt of Ryan, Chelsea (Brian), Jonathon (Magic), Abbe (Kris), and great aunt of Meg and Hayes. She was predeceased by her parents, Allan and Kathleen Richards.
Carol was renowned for her selflessness, loving nature, and creative spirit. Her compassion knew no bounds, extending not only to her family and friends but also to all animals, whom she adored unconditionally. Carol's love for cooking and her artistic talents were central to her identity and how she expressed her affection for others.
In the kitchen, Carol was in her element. Her culinary skills were legendary among family and friends, transforming every meal into an expression of love. Carol's kitchen was a warm and inviting space where she not only prepared delicious dishes but also created lasting memories. She took great joy in experimenting with new recipes while perfecting family favorites, each dish infused with her creativity and care. Her cooking was more than sustenance; it was a way she preserved family traditions, brought people together, and showed her love.
Carol's artistic talents extended beyond the culinary world. She had a keen eye for beauty and a gift for creating it in various forms. Her creative pursuits were a testament to her vibrant imagination and skilled hands, enriching the lives of those around her with the beauty she crafted.
Throughout her life, Carol demonstrated unwavering dedication to her loved ones, her passion for animal welfare, and her pursuit of culinary and artistic excellence. Her legacy lives on through the memories of shared meals, her artistic creations, and the love she generously gave to both people and animals.
Carol's warmth, compassion, and creative spirit will be remembered fondly by all whose lives she touched. She will be deeply missed, but her love continues to nourish and inspire those she left behind. May she rest in peace, surrounded by the beauty she so loved to create in life.
