Carol M. McKenzie, 91, of Eveleth died Saturday, June 15, 2024 at Essentia Health-Virginia. She was born on April 26, 1933 in Virginia, Mn to Carl and Ruth (Johnson) Miller.
She is survived by her children, William (Cheryl) McKenzie, James (Candi) McKenzie, Cathy (Harold) Maki, Linda (Tim) Drobnick, Lori Perushek and Shelly McKenzie; grandchildren, Nikki, Krissy, Kelly, Craig, Phil, Matt, Rachel, Krista, McKenzie, Keri and Sara and their families and numerous great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William; infant son, John; sister, Patricia and parents.

My sincere condolences to the McKenzie family.
I always enjoyed talking with Mrs. McKenzie whenever I ran into her, at Target, the Hipp, the Miners or ITMEC. Mrs. McKenzie was a wonderful person and she always had kind words when we talked, no matter if it was the Golden Bears, the Blue Devils or the Wolverines.
May she rest in peace.
