Carol Rose Kemper Sexton Niskanen, 76, passed away October 23, 2024.
A native of Kettering, Ohio, daughter of the late Charles Kemper and Katherine Redelberger Kemper, she was a retired office manager for the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, North Carolina and attended Eastside Apostolic Lutheran Church in Greer, South Carolina.
Surviving are her husband, Stanley A. Niskanen of Greenville, South Carolina; five children, Roger Throckmorton (Amy) of Greer, South Carolina, Reid Sexton (Jenn) of Savannah, Georgia, Michelle Cash (Scott) of Franklin, Tennessee, Richard Sexton (Ana) of Houston, Texas, and Lynn Sexton of Austin, Texas; two brothers, Bill Kemper and Dick Kemper; five sisters, Ann Slocum, Mary Lynn Dorsten (Ralph), Jane Kemper, Gail Kemper, and Jill Kemper; and ten grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held 12:00 p.m. Monday, November 4, 2024, at Eastside Apostolic Lutheran Church, 2200 Mays Bridge Road, Greer, South Carolina.
The family will be at their respective homes.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 301 University Ridge, #5000, Greenville, South Carolina 29601.
