Carol Ann Norman

HASLET - Carol Ann Norman beloved mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother was called home to be with the Lord Jesus Tuesday, March 21, 2023. She passed away at home in her sleep with her loved ones all with her.
Graveside: 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at Greenwood Memorial Park.
Carol Ann Hightower Norman is a 4th generation Texan born and raised in Weatherford, Texas. She was the first born to Ralph and Ruth Hightower on January 20, 1943.
In 1959, Carol was set up on a date with Paul Burton Norman, they married in 1960 and had three children. Carol became a single mother and raised three children as a single mother. Carol lost her oldest son in 2010 to cancer.
Carol found her passion and calling when she became a part team of McKesson Pharmaceutical call center. She retired from McKesson after 20 years.
After she retired, she traveled abroad with her children, her grandson and great-granddaughter, on many vacations and adventures. So many memories we will all cherish.
Carol was a child of the Lord and so enjoyed helping people. Carol Ann Norman was a light of Sunshine to anyone that knew her... and what a footprint this lady left. She made such a difference and brought so much joy and fun with her and to all.
Survivors: Son, Kevin Paul Norman of Haslet, Texas; daughter, Caren Ann Storley of Haslet, Texas; father of her children, Paul Norman and his wife, CarolAnn Norman of Gun Barrel City, Texas; sister, Linda Goebel; niece, Rebecca Goebel; nephew, Ron Gobel; grandson, Christopher James Norman and his wife, Jess Norman; and great-granddaughter, Payton Elizabeth Norman.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Ruth Hightower; son, Ralph James Norman; grandson, David Arthur Storley lll; and brother-in-law, Joel Goebel.
