Carol Ann Pullara, 79, of Avondale, CO passed away Nov. 20, 2024 after a long battle with Breast Cancer. She was born Sept. 5, 1945, to Phillip and Grace (Taravella) Prutch.
Carol graduated from Pueblo County High school in 1963. She married Charles F. Pullara on October 30, 1965. Carol worked for Pueblo County School District 70 for 25 years as an Instructional Aide, Para, and Pre-School Teacher. Along with helping children to learn and grow, she was also passionate about growing all things. Her yard and flower garden were her life's work. The only thing she loved more than her yard was her family. Carol's joy came from her husband, three daughters, and six grandsons. Carol is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 45 years, Charles F. Pullara, mother and father, Phillip and Grace Prutch, and sister Linda (Prutch) Hayes. She is survived by her brother, Phil Prutch and three daughters; Cheri Pullara (Brandon Curless), Lori (Brett) Mooring, Traci (Frank) Daurio; grandsons, Mason, Casey, Brady, Johnny Mooring, Charlie, and Frank Daurio.
