Carolann (Gormley) Quier, age 81, passed away peacefully on November 22, 2024, at Alexandria Manor in Bath. Born on July 27, 1943, in Bethlehem, she was a daughter to the late Truman and Lydia (Smith) Gormley.
Carolann was a graduate of Liberty High School. After graduation, she began a fulfilling career with Western Electric, which later became AT&T, Lucent, and Agear, where she worked for many years before her retirement.
Carolann loved her family deeply and cherished the time spent with them. She especially enjoyed going to auctions, gardening, cooking, and entertaining, with Thanksgiving being one of her favorite occasions to bring everyone together.
She was a member of the Rosemont Lutheran Church in Bethlehem.
Carolann is survived by her son, Brian Quier, and his wife, Rose; her beloved grandchildren, Ian and Jesse; and her siblings, Raymond Gormley and his wife Joy, and Sharon Karabin and her husband Michael. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Milton Quier.
Carolann will be remembered as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister who brought love and warmth to all who knew her.
Services: Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Carolann's arrangements have been entrusted to the Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, Bethlehem. A memory tribute may be placed at www.cantelmifuneralhome.com.
Contributions: In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association Delaware Valley Chapter, 399 Market St., Suite 250, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
